Directors
Professor Gavin Maasdorp (Managing)
Richard Hess (Zimbabwe)

The managing director, Professor Gavin Maasdorp, has worked as a consultant on projects in Swaziland since 1967. He has led various teams undertaking feasibility studies in the transport sector for national development plans as well as for the Swaziland Railway and private sector, and also led an international team studying Swaziland's position with the regard to the renegotiation of the Southern African Customs Union Agreement. He has written several journal articles and chapters in books on economic development in Swaziland and its economic history.

The resident associate of Capricorn Africa Economic Associates Limited in Swaziland is Dr. Busa Xaba. He was formerly Public Affairs Manager of the Swaziland Sugar Association, and has participated in strategic development planning for several organisations.
