Imani Development Austral is a recent arrival on the West Australian scene having established a presence in Perth in January 2003. The company is part of the Imani Development Group which has worked in the international development arena for twenty years, providing innovative solutions to a wide array of clients. The Australian company has taken a lead in networking amongst like-minded WA based professionals and has been involved as a foundation member of the new West Australian Association for International Development (WA AID), which is a private sector body representing development service providers.

Imani Development Austral has already been able to generate significant export revenue from its consultancy practise in Perth, and foresees a steady growth curve as it expands into South East Asia and the Pacific, for which its Perth location is ideal. It also functions as a bridge between practioners in Australasia and Africa. Its objective is to act as a catalyst for joint ventures between consultants in WA and their colleagues elsewhere for international development projects.

Imani Development Austral is managed by Keith Atkinson who has been part of the Imani Group for 17 years.
